Twelve steps from account to measured decision.

Every Specicon deployment follows the same path. Nothing below requires replacing your commerce platform, CMS or CRM.

From connection to decision

Twelve steps to a live, measured decision.

Connect the catalogue, review readiness, generate a key, test in the sandbox, publish — then watch the outcomes land.

The path

What happens, in order.

01

Create the merchant account

Organisation, region and the people who need access.

02

Select the industry

This sets the decision language: which Option DNA applies and which requirements matter.

03

Connect the website or system

Platform credentials, REST API, CSV or a direct database connection.

04

Import the options

Products, services, properties, courses or policies — whatever is being decided about.

05

Review readiness

What can already be recommended, what is missing key facts, what needs a human look.

06

Map customer signals

Which declared, behavioural and contextual signals you are able and permitted to send.

07

Configure business goals

Margin, retention, inventory position, service load — the objective the ranking serves.

08

Generate API keys

Separate sandbox and live keys, scoped per surface.

09

Test in the sandbox

A real request and response with no production impact.

10

Install the widget or API response

Embedded, headless, assistant, search or support console.

11

Connect outcomes

Send back what happened: viewed, compared, accepted, purchased, returned, rated.

12

Publish and measure

Go live on one surface, with an agreed measurement period and a holdout group.

Screens are representative of the demo environment. No real credentials or customer data appear.

Deliberately not shown

Some surfaces stay behind the account.

Specicon’s value is in how the decision is reached. These configuration surfaces exist in the product and are covered under agreement — they are not published.
